Roles and Responsibilities: Perform Keep the lights on operations for customers that spread across regions for the data centers basedin US, UK and other locations. Perform system upgrade as required. Health monitoring for Application infrastructure. Reviews system requirements and application dependencies to determine Application configuration needed. Mentoring the L1 resources for day to day activity. Engages with all stakeholders on process integration with the Application solutions. Follows incident, problem and change management processes related to technology infrastructure being supported. Collaborates with project managers, architects and all levels of management to execute on strategic and tactical goals Contributes to the research and assessment of industry standards in the areas of application performance management, business service management, and infrastructure monitoring and predictive analytics Required Skills : B E/Btech/MSc/MCA 5+ years of overall IT experience. 2 to 4 years of infrastructure administration experience. Good knowledge on windows UNIX server administration. Good networking knowledge. Good knowledge on IIS 6.0 and 7.0 Good knowledge of perl and VB scripting. Good knowledge of SQL query and MsSQL database. Experience working with cross functional group and teams sitting across theglobe. ITIL knowledge will be added advantage
