EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a senior software development engineer will lead the scrum team and provide technical and functional leadership in the following areas: - Prepare detailed designs for the complex requirements being worked upon by the scrum team. - Identify and provide design and implementation guidelines for building foundation and application services for the platform. - Work on the design and implementation of complex business critical requirements relating to foundation or framework components of the Omni:channel banking solution. As an Senior Developer responsible for design, code reviews and resolution of key technical issues facing the scrum team. - Communicates clearly and conveys design, coding standards, guidelines and policies in a way that the scrum team can understand - Shares in:depth knowledge and experience with direct team to competencies). enable decision:making and provides innovative solutions to complex business issues.
WORK EXPERIENCE
: 6 to 10 years of experience in software development : Proficient in providing enterprise solutions using Java, JEE, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful and SOAP web services with hands on experience. : Ability to provide technical leadership for scrum teams. : Excellent problem solving skills demonstrating the ability to come up with solutions and recommendations to various technical problems : Excellent communication skills, proven inter:personal and leadership skills and an ability to manage teams with specific objectives and drive the team towards meeting the goals and timelines : Exposure to Agile Development process. : Goal:oriented team worker with good communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. : Ability and eagerness to learn and explore new topics
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Masters or Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology, majoring in Computer Science or Information Science, from a reputed institute, with excellent academic records Skills : Around 6+ years of extensive experience of the full life cycle of a development projects including requirements gathering, solution architecture and development, project management, delivery and support
