Role Summary/Purpose: The role is responsiblefor leading part of the design, development and quality for Linux based embedded application software for GE Healthcares Diagnostic Cardiology (DCAR) products
Essential Responsibilities:
:Hands on C++ on Linux software development; able to own and deliver software features and also analyze and resolve the technical issues
:Provide technical leadership to the software scrum team, enabling team members to perform better
:Conduct technical design reviews of software to ensure the reliability and performance
:Working in a global team environment and ensure consistency and synergies to software platforms
:Ensuring proper usage of automated unit testing, static code analysis, code coverage, and other ALM tools in the team
:Ensuring SDLC process compliance during requirements gathering, architecture design, implementation and verification
Scrum master specific requirements:
:Lead thesprint planning and retrospective activities
:Facilitate the daily scrum meetings
:Work with the product owner on user stories and backlog, and with SW LPI on scrum of scrums
:Remove impediments to the ability of the team to deliver the goals and deliverables
Quality specific requirements::Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
:Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines
:Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
:Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design Outputs/Program Deliverables
