Connected Data Operations
Make an impact by helping to bring offers to market and manage products, services, pricing and promotions across the life cycle. Do you like being in a central role and working cross functionally? Influence many functions across the company to deliver NPI and Pricing services with speed, efficiency and quality. CDOS takes pride in measuring operational performance and has a trusted relationship working with Engineering Product Managers, Services, and Supply Chain managing data operations across Cisco.
Role & Responsibilities
● Drive execution of business processes such as New Product Introduction, Life Cycle Management, Pricing and Promotions.
● Lead setup of large data sets, document & execute workflows, and track KPIs to monitor continuous improvement
● Evaluate pricing & promotion requirements from the business, participate in governance process, and execute while measuring effectiveness & quality
● Solve complex back end transactional issues for ordering, pricing, and promotions.
● Make an impact working for a global team while collaborating with multiple functions and regions to drive continual improvement
Minimum Qualifications
● Graduation in one of the streams from Engineering, Science, Commerce (BE, BSc, BCom)
● 4+ years of experience in Operations or IT (Pricing experience a plus)
● Good project management skills, with the ability to lead local or virtual teams
● Strong understanding of backend Oracle systems and able to use multiple complex tools
● Comfortable managing large data sets, extremely analytical, and shows attention to detail
Desired Skills
● Fluent English Communication Skills. Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence and persuade others and to collaborate across the business with senior leaders
● Strong knowledge of interdependencies between business processes with ability to document workflows
● Strong understanding of all back office systems leveraged in support of the business including Oracle, Pricing, and Salesforce.
● Ability to coordinate multiple projects and lead virtual teams
● Foster teamwork by collaborating effectively with others with focus on delivering against objectives
● High performance and metrics driven. Make good decisions by assessing situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks
