The switching group within EISG is the industry leader in Access Ethernet Switching solution for both Fixed and Modular switches. This is a ideal position for a highly motivated, high energy, passionate Technical Marketing Engineer with strong technical marketing, customer, and hardware/software experience who is ready to work in a start:up like environment to ensure Ciscos success in this fast growing market.
Responsibilities include outbound content generation, including authoring technical collateral and sales enablement, as well as developing relationships with sales in India/APJC and working closely with engineering and product management on new product development. In addition, you will work very closely with theUABU GTM PM in India on India and APJC GTM activities.
The right candidate will have exceptional analytical, organizational, communication skills, thrives in a highly collaborative environment and is comfortable working across geographical boundaries.
Skills and Requirements:
* BSCS, BSEE or equivalent and 8:10 years related experience. MS / MBA degree a plus.
* 2 : 3 Years of Technical Marketing experience with focus on Field support
* Ability to propose and implement solution studies based on Ethernet Switching / Security / Voice / Video / Green / Network Management
* Adeptat developing solution guides, proof:of:concept studies, best practices studies.
*Strong understanding of enterprise applications, solutions, networks.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Capable of delivering training to field sales and support staff
* Partner and customer relations management
