We have products across On:demand, On:premise and Mobile platforms. We also enable consumption of Business Intelligence in SAP applications. We are looking for a SDK writer with 3:5 years of experience.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Deliver technically accurate documentation to help developerssuccessfully use the SAP BI Platform and RESTful Web Service SDKs. - Create code samples and snippets to support the developer documentation. - Create the API reference content. - Provide feedback to core engineering teams for improving APIs. - Collaborate with the engineering team to create the world:class developer documentation experience. - Extensive understanding of the needs of SDK users and experience in developing tutorials and code samples - Ability to author simple, clear, and concise technical content. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities. - Ability to work in tight deadlines, deliver on time ensuring high quality.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3:5 years of experience in writing SDK documentation
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- BE / B.Tech or a good degree in technical writing with 65 or above from any premium institute - Excellent editing and writing skills in English - Experience in working with DITA and related tools - Programming experience in an object:oriented language (e.g. C, Java) - Understanding of Web Services and XML - Basic understanding of UML - Working knowledge of version control system is preferred - Knowledge of languages style guides
